You acknowledge that our corporate law guidance is based on information you provide, and any inaccuracies may affect the quality of legal counsel. You agree not to misuse our services for unlawful purposes or to facilitate illegal business activities. You must comply with all applicable Polish business regulations and international commercial law requirements. You are responsible for implementing our recommendations within appropriate legal frameworks and obtaining any necessary approvals from relevant authorities. We reserve the right to decline representation if we determine a conflict of interest exists or if your business activities violate applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property contained within our website, including but not limited to legal templates, documentation frameworks, business registration guides, and corporate law resources, remains our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any materials without our express written consent. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the business lawyer engagement upon written notice in accordance with our service agreement terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees accrued for services rendered, including consultations, company registration assistance, and corporate law analysis already provided. Termination does not affect your obligations regarding confidentiality of privileged attorney-client communications or protection of our intellectual property rights. We will provide reasonable transition assistance for ongoing corporate law matters, including company registration processes, upon request. Outstanding fees must be settled before transfer of files or completion of final consultations. You may not terminate our services to avoid payment obligations or to prevent delivery of completed legal work. Termination does not waive any of your obligations under these terms or applicable law governing business legal services in Poland.
